• Responses by the Firm to federal and state tax notices received by the Client for the years engaged to prepare income tax returns 
• Tax Deadline reminders 
• One twenty-five (25) minute check in call each month between the Client and the Firm 
• Direct communication with Client's other advisors as needed and permitted by the Client 
• Phone, Email and Chat support 
• 24/7 Access to custom TaxDome account to gather, organize and sign tax documents 
• Priority access to purchase additional services and support that the Firm provides 
• Discount rate of 10% to be applied to any services outside of the scope of this Agreement that the Firm performs on behalf of the Client
